SECOND - My Attorney shall be entitled to exercise the Powers listed in the Schedule until they receive written notice that this appointment is revoked. THIRD - The revocation of this Power of Attorney for Finances shall not be effective as to a third party until the third party receive a notice and has actual knowledge of the revocation. A file/document sent from the Investor Client’s email can only be from that Investor Client’s email because it is only the Investor Client who uses and who can access that email address and therefore it must be the Investor Client returning/sending the document. For the Investor Client to confirm that they are in agreement with the document and for the document to be valid and free from any fraudulent activity, then the action and the process of the Investor Client sending the document FROM their OWN PERSONAL SECURE EMAIL ADDRESS to the assigned Attorney will be accepted as an official and authentic signed agreement. This aforementioned ‘process’ is an ‘Electronic Signature’ of agreement. Only by using this process can the document be ‘signed’ and thus confirmed, approved, authentic, valid, and free of any tampering or fraudulent activity and thus regarded as authorisation and approval of the document contents by the Investor Client.
